Day 9 - Return to Split Today we return to Split. I spend most of the day working. I am a bit saturated with experiences and will need time to fully process them. This blog actually helps. as do all the photos. The final lunch onboard is great as always.
Watching a ferry depart is cool. We humans do construct all manner of interesting devices.
We are docked as the 7th ship from shore. We disembark tomorrow by 9 am. I have a hotel booked but check-in is not until 2pm so hopefully they'll let me work on the sundeck for a while.
At 2 am I go walking around Diocletian's palace again, to get a different view. Being here all alone really lets me connect to all the history of the place. I stop many places just to imagine being here 2,000 years ago. The lights wouldn't have been on but that's beside the point.
